NEW REQUIREMENT IN TEXAS "FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION"
Beginning October 11, 2015, all food handlers employed by restaurants, are require to receive training in basic safe food handling principles within 60 days of employment & every 2 years thereafter. To comply with the "Texas Food Handlers Regulations", employers will be required to provide proof of training to the regulatory authority upon request!
